Session times encompass the full duration of an appointment. This includes treatment time as well as pre- & post- assessment, which are a key part of providing you the most focused treatment possible. Various modalities are offered in each session and tailored to the client's needs.
$130 for 90 min ~ 10 min pre, 70 min treatment, 10 min post
$150 for 120 min ~ 10 min pre, 100 min treatment, 10 min post

Payments can be via Credit Card, Cash, or Check at time of service. I do not take health insurance.

As you can imagine the regulations around safety have been heightened and as a medical practitioner, I seek to ensure we operate in the best environment possible for us both. The regulations were fluctuating over the past several years and I aim to stay current with updated regulations as they occur. Based on current data I have the following policies for my practice and ask that you please review this information prior to our first session together.
Amid the continued challenges of COVID-19, I have modified the cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility to all clients. My hope is this will alleviate any stress and hesitation you have about an upcoming appointment. If you need to reschedule for whatever reason, and especially if you are not feeling well or have recently been in contact with someone who may have contracted COVID-19, I understand and request for you to please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule. To further support you, there will be no penalties for cancellations at this time. No communication or no shows will be charged for the full session.
Appointment times are as scheduled with a specific start time, please be on time for your appointment. If you are running late for any reason, please take a moment to safely pause and inform me via text at 206.499.4314. Anything past a 30 min delay may result in a full cancellation of your session and your responsibility for payment.
Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. To further support you, there will be no penalties for cancellations at this time. If you arrive and show signs or symptoms of illness you will be asked to leave and held responsible for session payment.
